Our history

Jones Kinvig Lawyers was founded in Birkenhead in 2011 by Ged Jones and Gareth Kinvig. The firm was recognised by the Solicitors Regulation Authority in 2012. We set it up to help people who had been injured through no fault of their own get straightforward advice and fair compensation, without unnecessary delay.

We’re still based at 42 Hamilton Square, Birkenhead and we still work the same way we did when we started: handle cases quickly, keep clients informed and treat people fairly.

Ged Jones

Co-founder and director, was admitted as a solicitor in January 2003. Ged has spent his career working on personal injury claims, including road traffic accidents and workplace injuries.

Gareth Kinvig

Co-founder and director, was admitted as a solicitor in January 2002. Gareth handles a wide range of accident and injury claims and he's the first point of contact if you want to raise a complaint about the service you've received.
